Bridging the Gap
The Digital Inclusion initiative by Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) comprises four main programmes to enable everyone from young to old to go digital.

FOR STUDENTS
The NEU PC Plus Programme offers students and persons with disabilities from low-income households the opportunity to own a brand new computer bundled with three years of free broadband, at an affordable price.

FOR SENIORS
The Silver Infocomm Initiative is an active ageing program that aims to promote IT awareness and literacy among seniors aged 50 and above.

FOR LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS WITH NO SCHOOLGOING CHILDREN
The Home Access programme makes the Internet more accessible and affordable for low-income households, by providing home broadband connectivity and a tablet.

FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
The Enable IT programme allows people with disabilities to adopt infocomm and assistive technology (IT/AT) to enhance their daily lives.
