CSISG 2014 Q3 results

The CSISG 2014 Q3 results showed that customer satisfaction for the food and beverage sector fell 4.56 points, a 6.5-per-cent drop from 2013 to 2014. Average local satisfaction declined from 67.6 to 67.2 points from 2013 to 2014 and average tourist satisfaction dropped from 81.1 to 71.1 over the same period.
