How to cancel unwanted services: SingTel

The AMPed and Reuters News services are offered only on an opt-in basis and are provisioned with customers’ consent. Customers can unsubscribe from these services at any time via the MySingTel smartphone app, My Account online portal, by calling our customer care hotline (1688) or visiting our shops.

Our sales staff are required to inform customers who choose to take up such services that charges will revert to standard rates after the promotion period. Prior to the end of the promotion period, we will send customers SMS reminders and provide instructions on how to unsubscribe to the services, if desired.
