CNET Challenge: Can alkaline batteries really be recharged well?

A charger made by Battizer in Singapore, which is able to charge normal alkaline batteries (any brand).

Available at Carrefour Suntec City & Carrefour Plaza Singapura for SGD 99 (Price last checked from 9 – 10 Apr 2011).

Note: If the LED is flashing green then turn red, it means the battery need to be reconditioned. So, power off the charger and let it rest for a while before you switch on the charger again.
