75% of complaints answered within five working days: Tiger Airways

We try to respond to all complaints in a timely manner, and we currently respond to 75 per cent of all complaints within five working days of receipt.

Submit your feedback via our Customer Support Portal.

This allows us to address customer inquiries and feedback more promptly.
