How to configure services.msc to always open in Standard view

1. Right-click “%windir%\system32\services.msc”, select “Author”

2. Click on the “Standard” tab

3. Click “File” and “Save”

4. Click “Start”, “Run”, “services.msc” to see Standard View.

    this does not work for win7 or server 2008. :( You have to save to a different file name. :( :( . You know what is blocking that file|save? UAC is turned all the way down. I know it is being saved to System32, is that protecting the file with some inheritance?
