    Hi!

I’m quite surprised that live webcams are installed in polyclinics!
Anyway, I think a better solution is to allow the public to get queue number by phone call, web or sms.

This way, the queue number is issued only to potential patients on their mobile phone, making the system fair and easy to use.

    Just my 2 cents! ;-)

WHEN I VISITED WOODLAND POLYCLINIC. I SAW “SOURCELINK” GLOVE. IT CAN BE SOLD TO MIDDLE EAST MARKET. THEREFORE I WISH TO INQUIRY. COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHERE DO YOU BUY FROM? WHICH PART OF MALAYSIA? I INTEND TO EXPORT BIG QUANTITY TO MIDDLE EAST. KINDLY INFORM NOW .
YOUR CO-OPERATION IN THIS MATTER WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Contrary to wai loong said, I think it’s a good service. If I’ll need to visit the polyclinic, I can simply check first if the queue is long or not. Of course, an online queue system will be a good complement but I think it’s not that necessary and placing security for that would be a challenge.

On a separate note, I’ve seen site where they put the queue in a mash up where aside from the queue, they also placed a google map. Here’s sample. http://filipinosg.com/essential-guide/singapore-directory/206-sengkang-polyclinic/
